Procedure
- Remove carburetor from engine.
- Remove bowl nut, gasket and bowl; remove drain spring, spacer, plug and gasket when used.
- Remove float pin, float, needle and needle seat; check float for dents, leaks and wear.
- Remove bowl ring gasket.
- Remove idle fuel adjusting needle, main fuel adjusting needle and springs.
- Do not remove choke and throttle plates and shafts; if worn, replace carburetor assembly.
