Before you start
- Replace all sealings.
Procedure
- Remove screws 1, 5.
- Remove piping assemblies 2, 4, 6.
- Remove two screws 16.
- Install guiding rods.
- Remove remaining screws 16.
- Remove water pump HT 9.
- Remove screws 5, 15.
- Remove cooling medium pipe 13 with flange 6.
- Remove pipe 14 with flange 6.
- Reassemble in reverse and vent coolant circuit at end of installation.
