Kohler KD83V16 — Fuel pump HP and LP removal and installation (SL 209)

Before you start
- Replace all sealings.
Procedure
- Remove a first screw and a second diametrically opposed.
- Place guiding rods in place of the two screws.
- Remove remaining screws.
- Install fuel pump lifting device and remove fuel pumps.
- Remove guiding rods.
- Install new O-ring.
- Place guiding rods, use lifting device to position pumps into gearbox.
- Place screw, remove guiding rods, place remaining screws and tighten per order.
- Install HP pump piping and vent the fuel circuit.
