Before you start
- Replace all sealings
- Vent coolant circuit at the end of installation
Procedure
- Drain LT coolant circuit; remove machinery LT cooling system piping, vibration damper cover and battery charging alternator cover.
- Remove screws and piping assemblies.
- Remove screws; remove water pump LT.
- Installation: install guiding rods; insert O-rings; insert water pump LT.
- Place four screws; remove guiding rods; place remaining screws.
- Assemble elbow pipe with flange and O-rings; tighten screws.
- Assemble branch pipe with pipe and flange with O-rings; position and tighten.
- Vent coolant circuit at the end.
