Kohler KD62V12 — Water pump HT removal and installation

Procedure

1. Drain HT coolant circuit and remove machinery HT cooling system piping.
2. Remove screws and piping assemblies.
3. Remove two screws; install guiding rods.
4. Remove remaining screws; remove water pump HT.
5. Remove screws and cooling medium pipe with flange; remove pipe with flange.
6. Installation: insert O-ring and flange on pipe from oil cooler casing.
7. Mount pipe with O-rings on flange; mount cooling medium pipeline on flange.
8. Insert guiding rods in water pump; insert O-rings; insert water pump HT.
9. Tighten screws, remove guiding rods and tighten remaining screws.
10. Assemble t-pipe, pipe and flange with O-rings; position and tighten.
11. Install test point fitting on water pump; vent coolant circuit at the end.
