Before you start
- Vent coolant circuit at the end of installation
Procedure
- Drain HT coolant water.
- Remove two top outer screws.
- Mount guiding rods.
- Remove screws with sleeves.
- Remove oil cooler.
- Installation: position guiding rods.
- Insert O-rings on oil cooler.
- Position oil cooler on oil cooler casing.
- Tighten by hand screws with sleeves.
- Remove guiding rods, mount remaining screws and tighten all screws to torque.
- Vent coolant circuit at the end.
