Kohler KD62V12 — Fuel pump HP and LP removal and installation

Before you start
- Replace all sealings
- Release HP fuel pressure before any task
Procedure
- Close fuel supply and release HP fuel side pressure using KODIA tool.
- Remove fuel piping connected to HP fuel pump.
- Remove a first screw and a second diametrically opposed.
- Place guiding rods in place of the two screws and remove remaining screws.
- Install fuel pump lifting device and remove fuel pumps.
- Remove guiding rods.
- Installation: install new O-ring and place guiding rods.
- Use lifting device to position fuel pumps into gearbox; place screw.
- Remove guiding rods, place remaining screws and remove lifting tools.
- Tighten screws following the given order and install HP pump piping.
- Perform venting on the fuel circuit.
