Before you start
- Pull-starting with a free cord (excluding self-winding starting only) is not permitted even in an emergency.
Procedure
- Manually rotate the pulley clockwise up to the compression point.
- Operate the decompression lever by moving it up to position B.
- Place the knot of the rope in the appropriate space.
- Wind the rope on the pulley clockwise.
- Hold the grip and firmly pull out the rope to start.
