Before you start
- Hazardous voltage. This equipment must be installed and serviced by qualified electrical personnel.
Procedure
- For Type 1 enclosures only, install the insulator over the top mounting foot of the controller.
- Install the MPAC 550 controller in the load center enclosure.
- For Type 1 enclosures, secure with two 10-32 x 5/16 in. screws; torque to 3.4 Nm (30 in. lb.).
- For Type 3R enclosures, secure with four 10-32 x 5/16 in. screws; torque to 3.4 Nm (30 in. lb.).
- Connect the 6-pin control harness segment to the long control harness; ensure plugs are fully engaged.
