Procedure

1. Slide the spade connector of the shield wire between the generator control unit mounting screw and housing.
2. Connect grounding lead PE1 from the MPAC 550 controller to the grounding bus.
3. Connect grounding lead PE1 from the transfer mechanism to the grounding bus.
4. Connect grounding lead PE1 from the communication harness to the grounding bus.
5. Torque the screws to 2.3 Nm (20 in. lb.).
