Before you start

  • Do not overfill fuel tank.

Procedure

  1. Ensure engine is cool.
  2. 1. Clean area around fuel cap.
  3. 2. Remove fuel cap. Fill to base of filler neck. Do not overfill fuel tank. Leave room for fuel to expand.
  4. 3. Reinstall fuel cap and tighten securely.

Specs & torque values

  • Tank capacity: 3.5 qt. (3.3 L)
