Procedure
- Clean the body of the governor in the area of the fill plug
- Remove the oil level plug; if oil drips out the level is full
- If oil doesn't drip out, remove the oil fill plug and add 10W-30 or 10W-40 engine oil into the fill hole until it starts dripping out the oil level hole
- Install the oil level and oil fill plugs
