Procedure

  1. 7. Remove top baffle, cylinder head baffles, and
  2. btower housing.
  3. 8. Remove breather and valve cover.
  4. 9. Remove fuel pump.
  5. 10. Remove ignition module and bracket.
  6. 11. Remove grass screen, flywheel, and fan.
  7. 12. Remove electric starter.
  8. 13, Remove stator.
  9. 15. Remove spark plugs and cylinder heads.
  10. 16. Remove cylinder barrels.
  11. 17. Remove valves.
  12. 19. Remove piston rings.
  13. 20. Remove closure plate, oil pressure relief valve,
  14. and rear oif seal.
  15. 22. Split the crankcase.
