Procedure

  1. 1. Remove the twelve hex flange screws securing
  2. the closure plate to the crankcase. S
  3. ee Figure
  4. 9-33.
  5. 1. Remove the oil seal from the closure plate. See
  6. Figure 9-35.
  7. 2. Remove the hex flange screw, clip, oil pickup, and
  8. O-ring seal.
  9. 3. Remove the hex socket screw, oil pressure relief
  10. bracket, relief valve body, piston, and spring. See
  11. Figures 9-35 and 9-36.
