Before you start
- Do not force clevis shaft; damage can occur.
Procedure
- Disconnect linkage and remove DLA from bracket.
- Remove clevis shaft completely from DLA.
- Reinstall rubber boot if required.
- Insert clevis shaft into actuator; rotate clockwise 3 full turns.
- Confirm keyway aligned with key; press shaft into actuator.
- Reinstall DLA; torque screws to 4.1 N·m (35 in. lb.).

- DLA mounting screw torque: 4.1 N·m (35 in. lb.)
