Procedure

1. Select a language for the controller displays using the up and down arrow buttons and press Select.
2. Set the year using the up or down arrow key.
3. Press Select to save the year and move to the month.
4. Use the arrow and select buttons to set the month and the day.
5. Set the hour and am or pm setting using the up or down arrow key and press Select.
6. Use the up or down arrow button to change the minutes and press Select.
7. Set the exercise time and date on the Next Exercise screen, setting a time and date in the future, then press Select.
8. Press the Auto button and verify that the AUTO LED is lit.
