Operation

Procedure

1. Perform all prestart checks before starting the exercise procedure.
2. Operate the generator set without load once each week for 20 minutes.
3. Start the generator set according to the starting procedure.
4. Listen for a smooth-running engine and visually inspect for fluid or exhaust leaks.
5. Check air inlets and outlets and remove any items restricting airflow.
