Procedure

1. If generator problems happen in AUTO mode, run generator in MAN mode.
2. Adjust manual control rheostat at no load and at full load.
3. If nameplate voltage is obtained, generator is operating normally; problem is in regulator.
4. Consult generator or regulator manual as required.
