Procedure
- Unfasten dual clamp zip ties on the return fuel hose from the rear of the head to the fuel filter housing. Remove the return fuel hose and discard.
- Assemble new return hose and fittings with Teflon pipe tape as per attached drawing using theses parts in order from top to bottom: hose (00C02643), check valve (0C126167) be sure arrow on check valve
- Install return hose assembly onto engine reusing two dual-clamp zip ties and installing (1) new zip tie (0C125973) around check valve to fuel pump supply hose. See Arrows "A" in Figure 86705_7.jpg.
- Make sure all connections are tight and check for leaks after running.
