Before you start

  • NOTE: It might be helpful to number the lines per cylinder

Procedure

  1. 1. Disconnect HPCR leak-off line fitting (C) above the
  2. pressure regulating valve.
  3. 2. Remove high pressure rail fuel inlet lines (B)
  4. 3. Remove HPCR delivery lines (D) to the Electronic
  5. Injectors (EIs).
  6. NOTE: It might be helpful to number the lines per cylinder
  7. for easier installation.
  8. 4. Remove HPCR (A) after HPCR cap screws (E) are
  9. removed from HPCR bracket.
