Procedure
- 9. Install crankshaft rear oil seal housing, oil seal,
- 10. Install timing gear cover. Install front crankshaft
- 11. Install oil pan.
- 12. Install engine oil conditioning assembly.
- 13. Install water pump.
- 14. Install flywheel and housing:
- 15. Install cylinder head, push rods, and rocker arm
- 16. Install rocker arm cover. Install breather hose.
- 17. Install exhaust manifold.
- 18. Install aftercooler and intake manifold assembly.
- 19. Install ignition timing sensor, coils, ICU, mounting
- 20. Install spark plugs and ignition wires.
- 21. Install turbocharger, exhaust elbow, coolant inlet
- 22. Install carburetor, throttle valve, and pressure
- 23. Install crankshaft pulley and damper.
- 24. Install water manifold and fan pulley assembly.
- 25. Install alternator and bracket.
- 26. Install auxiliary water pump (if equipped).
- 27. If equipped, install electronic governor, throttle
- 28. Fill engine with clean oil and the proper coolant.
