Procedure

1. 7. Remove front crankshaft pulley and damper assembly.
2. 8. Remove ignition wires and spark plugs.
3. 9. Remove ignition control unit, coils, mounting plate, and spacer plate. Remove ignition timing sensor and plate.
4. 10. If equipped, remove electronic governor, throttle actuator, speed sensor, and wiring harness.
5. 11. Remove water pump.
6. 12. Remove engine oil filter and oil conditioning housing.
7. 13. Remove aftercooler and intake manifold assembly, and exhaust manifold.
