Before you start
- Do not stretch diaphragm.
Procedure
- Scribe line across upper and lower housings.
- Remove four cap screws and separate housings.
- Remove cover and diaphragm.
- Replace diaphragm, spring, check valves and gaskets.
- Align scribe marks and tighten cap screws with actuating lever held.
- Install pump and check for leaks.
