Procedure

  1. 13. Install water pump.
  2. 14. Install flywheel and housing:
  3. 15. Install cylinder head, push rods, and rocker arm
  4. 16. Install rocker arm cover. Install breather hose.
  5. 17. Install exhaust manifold.
  6. 18. Install aftercooler and intake manifold assembly.
  7. 19. Install ignition timing sensor, coils, ICU, mounting
  8. 20. Install spark plugs and ignition wires.
  9. 21. Install turbocharger, exhaust elbow, coolant inlet
  10. 22. Install carburetor, throttle valve, and pressure
  11. 23. Install crankshaft pulley and damper.
  12. 24. Install water manifold and fan pulley assembly.
  13. 25. Install alternator and bracket.
  14. 26. Install auxiliary water pump (if equipped).
  15. 27. If equipped, install electronic governor, throttle
  16. 28. Fill engine with clean oil and the proper coolant.
  17. 29. Perform engine break-in and standard
