Iveco/FPT C13 — Camshaft timing

Procedure
- Turn flywheel to bring cylinder 1 piston to T.D.C. in combustion phase.
- Insert tool 99360612 through the engine speed sensor seat into the flywheel hole.
- Set dial gauge with magnetic base on the injector rocker roller and pre-load by 6 mm.
- Turn crankshaft clockwise until dial gauge pointer reaches the minimum value.
- Reset the dial gauge.
- Turn flywheel anticlockwise until dial gauge reads cam lift 4.90 ± 0.05 mm.
- If conditions not met, loosen camshaft gear screws, use slots and repeat the check.
- Tighten the screws to the required torque.
