Procedure

  1. Open both cocks located at the crankcase side and at the lower part of the radiator and drain coolant.
  2. Open the radiator cap while draining.
  3. Remove the overflow tank and drain.
  4. Check hoses for softening and kinks.
  5. Check clamps for signs of leakage.
  6. Tighten both cocks and replace the overflow tank.
  7. Replace with coolant as recommended by the engine manufacturer.
  8. Close radiator cap tightly.
