Before you start
- Do not remove the cap while the engine and radiator are still hot
Procedure
- Remove the radiator skid plate
- Drain cooling system by opening drain plug at bottom of radiator
- Remove radiator cap
- Disconnect hoses from reserve tank and clean it
- Refill with coolant solution at least 50 percent antifreeze
- Warm up engine and check thermostat opened, replenish
