Before you start

  • Never connect the battery cables when MPEC Control Switch is in Manual position
  • Always make sure MPEC Control Switch is in OFF/RESET position when connecting battery

Procedure

  1. Place a small amount of battery terminal treatment compound around both battery terminals.
  2. Connect the red cable to the positive terminal of the battery.
  3. Connect the black cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
  4. Ensure battery cables are properly connected to the battery terminals.
