Before you start

  • Left-hand thread - hand tight only

Procedure

  1. Unscrew and remove the Screwdriver Housing Assembly (150)
  2. Remove Bit Holder Retaining Ring using snap ring pliers
  3. Slide the Bit Holder out of the Screwdriver Housing
  4. Remove Bit Holder Retaining Ring near the Bit Retaining Sleeve
  5. Remove the Bit Retaining Sleeve from the Bit Holder
  6. Spiral the Retaining Sleeve Spring from the bit end using pointed rod
  7. Remove the Bit Retaining Ball from the Bit Holder

Tools required

  • snap ring pliers
  • pointed rod

  • Bit Holder
