Before you start
- Gasoline is highly flammable and explosive; keep heat, sparks, and flame away.
Procedure
- Turn the engine switch to the OFF position.
- Turn the fuel valve lever to the OFF position; remove the sediment cup and O-ring.
- Discard the O-ring.
- Clean the sediment cup in nonflammable solvent and dry thoroughly.
- Install the sediment cup and a new O-ring, and tighten securely.
- Turn the fuel valve lever to the ON position and check for leaks.
