Hercules — To Reassemble the Oil Pump

Procedure
- Press the gears (D) on to their respective shafts (E and F).
- Assemble the shaft (F) in the pump body; line up the hole in the gear (I) with the shaft and press the gear on to the shaft.
- Insert the drive gear pin.
- Insert the idler gear shaft (E) and gear (D).
- Install the cover (C) with the screws (A) and lock washers (B).
- Turn the pump shaft to insure freeness of rotation.
