Hercules — To Disassemble the Oil Pump

Before you start
- Puller must be under the gear and not under the distributor drive coupling flange.
Procedure
- Remove the drive gear pin (H) and pull the gear (I) from the shaft.
- Remove the screws (A) and washers (B) from the pump gear cover (C) and remove the cover.
- Remove the gears (D) and shafts (E and F); the gears may be pressed from their respective shafts if necessary.
