Hercules — Priming the Fuel System
Operation

Procedure
- Place manual stop control in STOP position.
- Open bleed valve at fuel injection pump inlet.
- Use hand priming lever or pump to purge air until air-free fuel flows.
- On electric fuel pump, energize pump with start switch until purged.
- Close bleed valve.
- Place manual stop control in RUN position.
