Hercules GTA4800 — To install the flywheel and indicate
Installation
For the Hercules GTA4800, from the Hercules service manual.
Applies to: Hercules G4800 series engine
Procedure
- Reverse instructions under To Remove The Flywheel.
- Use dial indicator to check concentricity of pilot bore; should not exceed .005 total reading.
- Check face of flywheel; should not exceed .008 total reading.
- Install starting motor.
- Install clutch and transmission as removed.
