Hercules GO-G Series — CONNECTING ROD BEARING REPLACEMENT

For the Hercules GO-G Series.

Applies to: Hercules Go G Series

Before you start

  • that the cylinder head stud nuts be drawn

Procedure

  1. Remove the oil pan. See “Oil Pan.”
  2. Locate the crankshaft so the connecting rod cap can he removed
  3. Remove the cotter pins, nuts and cap screws.
  4. With a soit hammer, tap the cap to loosen it and remove the cap.
  5. Reassemble the oil pan to the engine. See “Oil Pan.”
