Procedure

  1. 4. Continue to idle the engine for about 30 minutes.
  2. 5. After stopping the engine, open the drain cocks of the engine crankcase and radiator to drain
  3. 6. Close the drain cocks and pour in coolant to rinse the system thoroughly. Rinse until dirty
  4. 7. Use soft water and fill until it flows out from the overflow pipe.
  5. 8. After filling the coolant, run the engine for awhile. After stopping the engine, check the coolant
