Procedure

  1. 11. Crusader original equipment parts are “identical in all material respects to that part as described in the
  2. engine manufacturer’s application for certifi cation”. The use of any replacement parts not supplied by
  3. Crusader may not meet this requirement and will be grounds for disallowing a claim made under this
  4. Warranty. Crusader will not be liable under this Warranty or provide warranty coverage for product failures
  5. caused by parts other than Crusader original equipment parts.
