Procedure

1. Remove, Disconnect: Remove air cleaner housing with air intake cover.
2. Remove upper part of toothed belt cover - see operation "Toothed Belt Cover - Upper Part, Remove and Install".
3. Remove ribbed V-belts - see operation "Ribbed V-belts, Remove and Install".
4. Remove ribbed V-belt tensioner - see operation "Ribbed V-belt Tensioner, Remove and Install".
5. Remove lower part of toothed belt cover - see operation "Toothed Belt Cover - Lower Part, Remove and Install".
6. Remove toothed belt - see operation "Toothed Belt, Remove and Install".
7. Remove toothed belt tension roller from oil pump.
8. Install, Connect: Install toothed belt tension roller - make sure that lug of toothed belt tension roller base plate engages in groove of oil pump.
9. Attach toothed belt tension roller to oil pump - tightening torque 20 Nm / 15 lbf.ft.
10. Install toothed belt - see operation "Toothed Belt, Remove and Install".
11. Install lower part of toothed belt cover - see operation "Toothed Belt Cover - Lower Part, Remove and Install".
12. Install ribbed V-belt tensioner - see operation "Ribbed V-belt Tensioner, Remove and Install".
13. Install ribbed V-belt - see operation "Ribbed V-belt, Remove and Install".
14. Install upper part of toothed belt cover - see operation "Toothed Belt Cover - Upper Part, Remove and Install".
15. Install air cleaner housing with air intake cover.
