Procedure

  1. Remove, Disconnect: Disconnect spark plug wires from all spark plugs.
  2. Remove exhaust manifold and gasket from cylinder head.
  3. Clean: Clean sealing surfaces and remove gasket remnants.
  4. Install, Connect: Attach exhaust manifold with new gasket and new nuts to cylinder head - tightening torque 22 Nm / 16 lbf.ft.
  5. Connect spark plug wires.

Specs & torque values

  • New gasket and new nuts required on install
  • Tightening torque, exhaust manifold to cylinder head: 22 Nm / 16 lbf.ft
