Procedure

1. Remove air cleaner housing with air intake cover.
2. Remove upper part of toothed belt cover - see operation "Toothed Belt Cover - Upper Part, Remove and Install".
3. Remove ribbed V-belts - see operation "Ribbed V-belts, Remove and Install".
4. Remove ribbed V-belt tensioner - see operation "Ribbed V-belt Tensioner, Remove and Install".
5. Lock drive disk or flywheel with KM-911.
6. Detach crankshaft pulley/reluctor wheel from crankshaft.
7. Remove fastening bolts and remove lower part of toothed belt cover from rear toothed belt cover.
8. Install, Connect: Attach lower part of toothed belt cover to rear toothed belt cover - tightening torque 4 Nm / 3 lbf.ft.
9. Attach crankshaft pulley/reluctor wheel with new fastening bolt to crankshaft - tightening torque 95 Nm / 70 lbf.ft + 30 degrees + 15 degrees.
10. Remove Locking Tool KM-911.
11. Install ribbed V-belt tensioner - see operation "Ribbed V-belt Tensioner, Remove and Install".
12. Install ribbed V-belt - see operation "Ribbed V-belt, Remove and Install".
13. Install upper part of toothed belt cover - see operation "Toothed Belt Cover - Upper Part, Remove and Install".
14. Install air cleaner housing with air intake cover.
