Before you start

  • CAUTION: STOP IMMEDIATELY if the mast hangs up or does not lower properly. Do not attempt to force the mast down.

Procedure

  1. To lower the mast safely:
  2. 1. Activate the electric winch to lower the mast.
  3. 2. Lower the mast slowly to its lowest position.
  4. 3. Ensure the electrical cord does not get caught in or pinched by the mast while it is being lowered.
  5. 4. Verify the mast is fully secured in the lowered position.
