Before you start
- Never start with electrical loads connected and turned on
Procedure
- Unplug all electrical loads from receptacles
- Ensure unit is level
- Open fuel shut-off valve
- Pull CHOKE knob to Full Choke position
- Press Start/Run/Stop switch to Start position
- When engine starts, push choke to 1/2 Choke until smooth
- Move choke fully to Run position
- Let engine stabilize for several minutes at no-load
