Before you start
- Do not drop
- Protect against impact and construction debris
- Never install damaged switches
Procedure
- Carefully unpack the transfer switch
- Inspect for shipment damage
- Remove all packing material
- Mount close to electrical loads
- Mount vertically to rigid structure
- Level all mounting points
