Before you start
- Extremely high voltage present - risk of lethal electric shock
- Disable automatic start circuit before working on equipment
- Use proper personal protective equipment when working on live equipment
Procedure
- Unpack and inspect transfer switch for damage
- Mount enclosure to wall using provided fasteners
- Connect utility and generator power sources to appropriate terminals
- Connect neutral and ground wires to designated lugs
- Connect control wires from generator controller
- Perform functional tests and voltage checks
