Generac — Muffler Removal

For these Generac models: GP2200i, GP3000i, iQ2000, iQ3500, iX1600, iX2000, iX800.

Applies to: Generac Gp3000I, Generac Iq2000, Generac Iq3500, Generac Ix1600, Generac Ix2000, Generac Ix800

Procedure

1. Drain all fuel and oil from unit.
2. Remove four (4) Phillips screws located on black exhaust cover.
3. Remove rubber muffler gasket (note orientation of seal before removing).
