Procedure
- Mount the transfer switch as close as possible to the electrical loads to be connected.
- Mount the switch vertically to a rigid supporting structure.
- Level all mounting points to prevent switch distortion.
- If necessary, use washers behind mounting holes to level the unit.
- The UL Type 3R enclosure can be mounted outside or inside.
