Before you start
- Do not make battery connections in reverse.

Procedure
- Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screw from the battery door.
- Remove battery strap from battery.
- Connect red cables to positive (+) battery terminal with bolt and nut.
- Slide rubber boot over positive (+) terminal.
- Connect black cables to negative (-) battery terminal with bolt and nut.
- Slide rubber boot over negative (-) terminal and make sure all connections are secure.
