Procedure

1. Set AUTO-OFF-MANUAL switch to OFF.
2. Set generator main line circuit breaker to OFF.
3. Turn OFF power supply to transfer switch.
4. Manually actuate transfer switch main contacts to Standby.
5. Set AUTO-OFF-MANUAL switch to MANUAL; engine should crank and start.
6. Let engine warm up and stabilize at no-load.
7. Set generator main line circuit breaker to ON; generator now powers loads.
