Generac GP7500E DF — Starting LP Pull Start Engines

Before you start

  • Disconnect electrical loads prior to starting or stopping unit

Procedure

  1. Unplug all electrical loads before starting engine.
  2. Place generator on a level surface.
  3. Open fuel shut-off valve on cylinder.
  4. Turn GAS/LP dial to LP and move choke lever to RUN position.
  5. Turn STOP/RUN/START switch to RUN.
  6. Pull recoil handle two (2) to five (5) times to PRIME fuel system.
  7. Pull recoil handle rapidly up and away to start.
