Before you start
- Accidental starting can cause severe injury during activation
Procedure
- Locate and record generator serial number
- Contact Generac to obtain activation code
- Hold OFF button for 3 seconds to begin activation mode
- Enter activation code via AUTO, OFF, SET EXERCISE button sequence within 20 seconds
- If incorrect, LEDs flash 3 times, repeat from step 3
- If correct, LEDs scroll bottom to top 5 times, OFF button lights
